Expanding National Reach

Positioned as the second-largest health service provider in the country, delivering 35% of all national health services across 13 districts. We successfully bring critical RMNCAH services to the most vulnerable, hard-to-reach rural populations.

Supply Chain Integrity

Professionalized the Medicines Supply Unit (MSU) through rigorous maturity assessments. We rolled out robust financial tools, including comprehensive QuickBooks implementation and successful 2024 institutional audits, ensuring total donor trust.

Systems Strengthening

Elevating Clinical Capacity

Led capacity-building initiatives focusing on rational drug use, prescribing practices, and AMR mitigation. We standardized human resources, implementing new codes of conduct and safeguarding protocols across the Secretariat and facilities.
