The Christian Health Association Sierra Leone Leone (CHASL) is the primary umbrella body for a national network of faith-based health institutions. We complement government efforts by ensuring access to quality care in 13 out of 16 districts, primarily reaching rural and hard-to-reach communities where we are often the sole provider of essential services.

Health Systems Strengthening

We focus on elevating clinical standards nationwide by providing updated treatment guidelines, upgrading laboratory services, and integrating specialized health services into rural primary care centers.

Medical Supply Unit (MSU)

Through our dedicated Medicines Supply Unit (MSU), we manage a robust supply chain that provides high-quality, affordable essential medicines and medical supplies to facilities in even the most hard-to-reach districts.

Evidence Based Advocacy

We use data and real-world evidence from our network to influence health policy, improve services, and promote equitable healthcare. Our advocacy ensures informed decision-making that meets the needs of vulnerable populations.
